British newspaper ‘The Guardian’ has claimed that Narendra Modi’s government has changed its policy after the Pulwama terrorist attack. The Modi government has given free rein to agencies to silently eliminate terrorists and enemies of India based in other countries outside India. ‘The Guardian’ claims that the result of this policy of the Modi government is that after the Pulwama attack, twenty big terrorists have been killed in Pakistan in the last two years – some shot by an unknown person, some in jail. Poison was given, someone was found dead in the house. The Guardian has published a long and detailed report which is being discussed the most in Pakistan. It has been said in this report that after Pulwama attack, Modi government is entering other countries and getting its enemies eliminated, terrorists are being killed selectively. And according to this report, Indian agents have eliminated India’s enemies in Pakistan, Britain and Canada in the last four years. The Guardian claims that its reporters have investigated, talked to retired RAW officers of India, confirmed with officers of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, only after that this report has been prepared. It has been said in this report that from 2020 till now, India’s intelligence agency RAW has carried out 20 secret missions in Pakistan and has completed the work of 20 terrorists who became enemies of India.
According to the report of ‘The Guardian’, agents of the Research and Analysis Wing are carrying out such murders sitting in the United Arab Emirates, Mauritius and Nepal. The twenty terrorists who have been killed in Pakistan include terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba, Hizbul-Mujahideen and Khalistan Commando Force. These include the names of Lashkar-e-Taiba’s Shahid Latif, Zahid Akhund, Riyaz Ahmed, Hizbul Mujahideen’s Bashir Ahmed Peer, and Salim Ahmed Rahmani, besides Khalistani terrorist Paramjit Singh Panjwad. All these terrorists were involved in anti-India campaign. Lashkar terrorist Shahid Latif was the mastermind of the 2016 attack on Pathankot airbase. Zahid Akhund was involved in the 1999 Kandahar plane hijack. All of them were murdered by unknown people in Pakistan. Shahid Latif was killed by a 20-year-old Pakistani youth in Sialkot province of Pakistani Punjab. The Punjab state police had also arrested him. Another Lashkar terrorist was killed in Karachi in 2022. He was shot by Afghan civilians. As soon as this report was published in The Guardian, all over Pakistan started blaming India by citing this report and Pakistani media started demanding answers from their government. Questions are being asked to Pakistan’s army and government but no statement has come from the army, nor from ISI nor from the government of Pakistan. But most of the journalists and media of Pakistan are repeatedly claiming that India has a hand in the death of these terrorists and behind this they are arguing that India is not doing this work only in Pakistan, such incidents have happened in Canada. It has also happened in America and Britain. However, some Pakistani journalists say that it is not right to blame India without evidence. These people say that the ISI officials cited by the Guardian in its report should come forward and tell the country the truth.
Journalists considered close to the army in Pakistan are saying with great confidence that this is a new policy of the Narendra Modi government, which is being implemented under the direction of National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. From Pakistan to America and Canada, this policy of killing terrorists, enemies of India, started in 2019. However, India has bluntly said that it is not its policy to carry out killings on the soil of another country. In response to ‘The Guardian’ story, the Ministry of External Affairs has said that this story is completely imaginary. Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar has also said that carrying out illegal killings is not India’s policy. Yes, India invaded Pakistan twice and killed terrorists, but whenever India did so, it accepted it with a thud and told the world that India had destroyed terrorist hideouts by entering Pakistan. The first surgical strike was conducted by India in POK after the Uri terrorist attack in 2016. At the same time, after the 2019 Pulwama terrorist attack, India destroyed the bases of terrorists in Balakot, Pakistan by bombing them. Then more than three hundred terrorists were killed in the Indian Air Force attack. Prime Minister Modi himself had publicly told the people of the country about these attacks.
Modi was in Rajasthan on Friday. He again said in an election rally in Churu that today’s India kills terrorists by entering their homes. There is no evidence of such cases, but in the report of ‘The Guardian’, quoting many top experts, it has been said that this is a new policy of the Modi government and RAW reports directly to the Prime Minister’s Office. In Churu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has talked about killing by entering the house. When Modi went to Churu a few days after the Pulwama attack, our brave fighter pilots entered Pakistan and blew up the camps of terrorists. Therefore, based on Modi’s Friday statement, Pakistan will make more noise. Will tell the world that look, Modi is committing murders in our country but it will not make much difference because Pakistan government, ISI and Pakistan Army do not have any proof of such allegations and secondly the Indian government does not support such things. Will reject it outright. That’s why Modi government is eliminating the terrorists sitting in Pakistan. No one will know its reality but if the government has given exemption to the agencies, then it is not a wrong thing because the handlers who attacked Mumbai are sitting in Pakistan. The government gave evidence twenty times. What did Pakistan do? From Masood Azhar to Hafiz Saeed and Syed Salauddin, many terrorists openly carry out conspiracies against India in Pakistan. What action did Pakistan take? How Narendra Modi handles these matters, he told me in 2009 when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat. In ‘Aap Ki Adalat’ he told that Pakistan attacked us and our Prime Minister went to America and started crying ‘Obama Obama’, started saying ‘Save us’, is there any way to do this? You kill your neighbor and go away and you go to America, hey, go to Pakistan, right? On this I said, then which method should be adopted? The words that Modi had said at that time still echo in my ears. “Pakistan should be explained in the language it understands” and today I feel that this has been realized in the last 10 years. The reply was given in the language Pakistan speaks. (Rajat Sharma)
