New Delhi. Ram temple being built in Ayodhya will be the center of faith of crores of people of the world. The construction work of the temple is going on. After a centuries-long legal battle, Ramlala will be seated in his grand temple by the end of 2023 or early 2024. But before that a new hurdle has arisen, yes, after getting screwed in the land acquisition cases by the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, now the temple construction is again in trouble. In fact, in the Bansi Paharpur area of Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, from where the pink sand stone used for the construction of Ram temple comes, there has been a shortage. According to Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, 4.70 lakh cubic feet of pink sandstone will be installed in the temple. Out of which only 70 thousand cubic feet i.e. about 15% has reached Ayodhya so far. Of the 41 leases given by the mining department, only 14 have A-grade pink sand stones. The reason for the shortage is being attributed to the delay in the supply of stones. There are three reasons as to why the supply is getting delayed, in fact, it is difficult to get mining done before June 15 in the 41 auctioned leases as the paperwork for handing over the mine to the leaseholders will be completed by the end of May.
Apart from this, it will take 10-15 days for preparation, after 15 days of mining, the rain will come and the real work will start only after Deepawali. The third reason is also that at present only 14 mines have A-grade pink sand stone. Even if mining is done day and night, it will take two years, after that the time of carving is different. Apart from this, stone will also go from here for Central Vista. Meanwhile, the big news for crores of Ram devotees is that the construction of the sanctum sanctorum of Ram temple in Ayodhya is going to start from June 1. Before the launch, worship will be done in the presence of CM Yogi Adityanath. Special saints of Ayodhya, including all the members of the Ram Mandir Trust, will be involved in the worship, which will last for two hours from 9 am.
At present, the work of the plinth of the Ram temple is going on. This seven layer plinth will be 21 feet high. At present, the work of the fourth layer of the plinth is going on, which is to be completed before the month of September. The Ram Mandir Trust wants to complete the construction of the sanctum sanctorum of the three-storey Ram temple by December 2023. Ramlala will also be made to sit in the sanctum sanctorum in 2023 itself. In view of this, the Ram Mandir Nirman Samiti has decided to start the construction of the sanctum sanctorum of the temple along with the plinth. The work of the sanctum sanctorum will start on the morning of June 1 after the worship. Ayodhya’s Ram temple will be a unique specimen of Indian architecture. The temple is being constructed in Nagara style. 6400 idols will be engraved in the premises in the ancient method including the episodes of Ramkatha on all the pillars.
