Ayodhya. There is a lot of excitement in Ayodhya, known as the city of Ram. Since the construction of Ram temple, lakhs of devotees are coming every day to have darshan of Lord Ramlala. On the festival of Ram Navami on April 17, 25 lakh devotees are expected to reach Ramlala to have darshan. This is the first Ram Navami after the construction of Ram temple. In such a situation, preparations are also being made on a large scale in the birthplace of Lord Ramlala.
According to the news of Hindi newspaper Amar Ujala, Shakti will be worshiped for 9 days in the temple of Lord Ramlala. Chaitra Navratri is starting on 9th April. Kalash will be installed in Ram temple on the first day of Chaitra Navratri. 500 years ago, Ram Navami might have been celebrated on such a large scale in Ram Janmabhoomi. Preparations are being made on a large scale by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust to celebrate Navratri and Ram Navami. Acharya Satyendra Das, the chief priest of Lord Ramlala, told the newspaper that Maa Durga will also be worshiped in the Ram temple during Navratri. Acharya will worship Maa Durga in Vedic tradition. Durga Saptashati will also be recited every day. Apart from this, there will be Havan. Also all the Gods and Goddesses will be invoked.
On Ram Navami i.e. 17th April, 56 offerings will be made to Lord Ramlala. After this the Prasad will be given to the devotees coming here on that day. Devotees will also get Prasad on Dashami day. Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, had recently told the media that a large number of devotees will come for darshan on Ram Navami. Keeping this in view, all arrangements are being made. Currently, devotees pass through 4 lanes to have darshan of Ramlala. The number of lanes will be increased to 7 on Ram Navami. Along with this, the Trust has decided that on the day of Ram Navami, devotees will be able to have darshan of God for 20 hours. At present, there is arrangement for darshan of Lord Ramlala only for 14 hours every day.
