Recipe to make Raw Mango Panna
To make raw mango panna full of taste and nutrition, first take raw mango and wash it. After this, put the raw mangoes (caris) in the pressure cooker and add water as per requirement and keep them to boil. After 4-5 whistles, turn off the gas and let the pressure cooker cool down. After the pressure of the cooker is released, open the lid and take out the raw mangoes from the water.
When the raw mangoes cool down, peel them and take out the mango pulp in a vessel. After this, mash the curry kernels well so that the pulp can be removed completely. Now mash the pulp of the vessel well and add chopped mint leaves, black salt, cumin powder and all other ingredients and mix it. Now put this mixture in the mixer and blend it by adding water as per requirement.
After blending the mixture for a minute or two, take it out in a vessel. If the pana seems thick then you can add some more water to it. After this, put some ice cubes in the page and leave it for some time. When the mango juice cools down, pour it into a serving glass and add one or two ice cubes to it and serve it chilled.
