A survey by brokerage-free real estate firm NoBroker states that 69% of women have shown more interest in investing in real estate. 27% of women want to buy properties, while 81 percent are interested in buying a house for themselves.
63 per cent women want to buy ready-to-move houses. Of these, 56 per cent women are from Bangalore. The brokerage firm said there has been a steady increase in the number of women buying properties over the years.
Investing in Delhi-NCR
Most of the women looking to make purchases for investment purposes were from Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru. Mumbai and Chennai accounted for the majority of women buying houses for their own use.
