On one hand, a BJP MP is protesting against Raj Thackeray’s visit to Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh, while the other MPs are ready to welcome Thackeray. Ayodhya MP Lallu Singh said that Raj Thackeray is welcome. On this, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh took a jibe at Lallu Singh and said that he must have said this by consuming intoxicating betel nut.
He said, Lallu Singh had eaten an intoxicating betel nut in the paan, after consuming it he got drunk and said so. Betel nut turned his mind and never mind, he is our friend and elder brother.
In fact, on June 5 next month, MNS chief Raj Thackeray is going to come to Ayodhya, regarding this, BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh is roaming around in Uttar Pradesh and organizing a protest program. He has accused Raj Thackeray of insulting the people of North India. He says that by doing this he has insulted the devotees of Lord Shri Ram. They are continuously demanding the apology of Raj Thackeray.
He said that Raj Thackeray should first apologise, after that he is welcome in Ayodhya. Taking a tough stand, he said, “This is my personal movement, not of the party. I am a descendant of Lord Ram first, then a North Indian and then a BJP MP.” It is worth noting that he has also put up posters at many places in Gonda, Bahraich and Ayodhya in protest against Raj Thackeray.
