A few days back, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal made a remark about the film Kashmir Files during his speech in the Delhi Assembly. Regarding the question of making tax free, the Chief Minister of Delhi had said that put the film on YouTube, the whole country will be able to watch the movie for free. There was a lot of controversy over Kejriwal’s statement and Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta used abusive words for Kejriwal during the speech. Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has targeted BJP over this statement of Delhi BJP President.
During the speech in Rajya Sabha, Sanjay Singh said, “Here Vinay Sahastrabuddhe sahib is sitting, Shukla ji is sitting. I am very impressed to hear the language of your people, but teach a little similar language to your leaders. The Delhi State President of BJP is abusing an elected Chief Minister of Delhi. Do you learn this culture? Is this the language taught in RSS shakhas? Their state president is abusing the three-time popular chief minister.
At the same time, during the ongoing debate on the Kashmir issue on Aaj Tak TV channel, Sanjay Singh said, “BJP has taken all the contract for lying. With the PDP, which considers Afzal Guru a martyr, you had formed the government to become a minister, to eat the cream of power. You called ISI, the largest terrorist organization in the world, in Pathankot and got it investigated. The head of the Legal Cell of the Bharatiya Janata Party opposed the permanentization of Kashmiri Pandits.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had also given a clarification after his statement. He tweeted, “There are three pillars of Aam Aadmi Party’s ideology – staunch patriotism, staunch honesty, humanity. I have given my heart, will give my life, my country for you. For me, my India is at the top and will work till my last breath to make my country better.”
During the speech in the Delhi Assembly, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had said, “We will not even put up posters of false films. Do whatever you want to do but at least stop promoting the picture. Came to do something in politics, where did he spend time promoting pictures and posters.
