Yogi Adityanath took oath as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on Friday. Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak took oath as Deputy Chief Minister along with Chief Minister Yogi. There was an interesting sight on the stage after Keshav Prasad Maurya took oath. In fact, soon after taking oath, Keshav Prasad Maurya reached out to Chief Minister Yogi and PM Narendra Modi. During this, Keshav Prasad Maurya wanted to take his blessings by touching the feet of PM Modi, but PM Modi stopped him. After this Keshav Maurya went to his seat and sat down.
It has been seen many times before that whenever a leader tries to touch PM Modi’s feet, PM Modi immediately stops him. In UP, 52 ministers have taken oath along with Yogi Adityanath. Confidence has also been expressed in the new faces in the Yogi cabinet and many old ministers have also been removed. BJP state president Swatantra Dev Singh has also been made a part of the Yogi cabinet.
