The Samajwadi Party (SP) has not lost its spirits after its defeat in the Uttar Pradesh (UP) assembly elections. Mulayam Singh Yadav’s party will again strengthen itself and make a comeback, while campaigning in the coming times. Regarding what will be the strategy of the party, the former CM of the state and the current party chief Akhilesh Yadav told the plan in front of the father.
Actually, SP founder Mulayam had reached his parliamentary constituency (Mainpuri) with his son on Thursday. He met party workers during this period and encouraged them to work hard for the party. In the party office there, Mulayam said – You all are working with dedication, victory or defeat keeps happening.
Later, Akhilesh said to the journalists – whatever path has to be taken to save the Constitution, the Samajwadi Party will take that path. SP will strengthen its organization and will soon go among the people and will run a public awareness campaign, we will do everything to save the constitution.
According to a statement issued from the SP headquarters, Yadav said, “The job of the BJP government is only in advertisements. The law and order situation in the state is very bad. In the incident that happened with the daughter in Ayodhya, the family did not get justice and in Kanpur there is a robbery in the vault of the banks. He further raised the question and asked that the bank’s locker in Ghaziabad was robbed during the BJP government itself, when will the BJP government tell when the economy will improve and when will the loot stop?
The SP chief said, “Today we are remembering Baba Saheb, let us all come forward to save the Constitution. One caste should respect another caste. Yadav said – Looting is happening all over the state, lemon is being stolen, IPS is still absconding and Ballia journalist who exposed the paper leak is in jail. People have given the mandate of struggle to the socialists, SP will fight and fight at every level for the issues of the people and will work to surround the government on every issue of public interest.
The SP president further said – after the booth-wise data is made available by the Election Commission, he will review the election performance of his party. “We got votes from all sections and our vote percentage has increased,” he said.
Alleging that crime has increased in the state, Yadav claimed that he had already said that inflation would increase after the elections and now it has started. He said, “Everything has become expensive, the prices of petrol and diesel are increasing day by day, the cost of construction material is also increasing. Unemployment is rising, unemployed are committing suicide.”
However, when asked about reports of his uncle Shivpal Yadav joining the BJP, Akhilesh said, “I am not aware of it.” The SP finished second in the 403-member Uttar Pradesh Assembly, winning 111 seats, despite contesting strongly against the BJP, while the BJP won 255 seats on its own and 273 with its allies. formed a government of its absolute majority.
