When Local18 team talked to Priyanka Jaiswal, co-founder and chief dietician of Diet to Nourish, she told that she has been running her clinic for four years and has been in the field of dietitian for 10 years. The combination of milk and banana may sound good to you, but it is not so. Actually, both these things fulfill the deficiency of each other’s nutrients. Because milk does not contain fiber, which is present in banana. These two things do not contain the same nutrients. If this does not happen, many problems can occur.

Dietitian Priyanka further told Local 18 that eating banana and milk together not only affects the digestive system but also affects our sinuses. Priyanka told that if you want to eat milk and banana after gym or workout, then you can eat them separately. He told that after coming from the gym, eat banana as a snack only 20 minutes after drinking milk.
