Yogi Adityanath took oath as the Chief Minister for the second consecutive time on Friday (March 25) after the massive victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Why did he choose this day for taking oath? There is an interesting story behind it. An incident from two years ago is being cited as the reason. It is being said that for this reason, Yogi chose today for the swearing-in.
In fact, two years ago on March 25, Yogi Adityanath took Ramlala out of the tent and sat in the Manas temple. He himself reached Ayodhya to establish Ramlala. He reached Shri Ram Lalla complex at the time of Brahma Muhurta. Stayed there for an hour. During this he also participated in the worship and aarti of Ramlala. Along with Yogi Adityanath, this work was completed in the presence of the officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust and Saint Mahants.
After placing Ramlala in the newly constructed sanctum sanctorum, Yogi Adityanath had said that this moment of dignity of Ramlala has come after centuries. Shri Ram Lalla will continue to bestow his grace and blessings on all of us by sitting on his new seat. Significantly, on November 9, the Supreme Court’s decision came in favor of Ram Lalla.
The court had directed the central government to build a Bhava temple in Ayodhya. After this, Ramlala was temporarily placed in a bulletproof temple after 28 years on 25 March 2020. This happened in the presence of Yogi Adityanath and exactly two years after that he took oath as the Chief Minister for the second time.
Yogi Adityanath was administered the oath as the Chief Minister of the state by Governor Anandiben Patel at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in the presence of over 50,000 people. Apart from this, a total of 52 ministers, including two deputy chief ministers, took oath as ministers. Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak took oath as Deputy Chief Ministers of the state. The BJP returned to power in the state with a thumping victory in the assembly elections.
