Congress President Govind Singh Dotasara has attacked the BJP on Ambedkar Jayanti. Dotasara said that today the country is going through a period where people with the ideology of Nathuram Godse are sitting at the top of power and weakening the constitution of the country. Formalities will no longer be tolerated in the fight to save the Constitution; Godse’s idea should be defeated. Dotasara said that Dr. Ambedkar gave us the strength of the Constitution, gave justice and gave rights.
But today there are people in power who are influenced by the ideology of Godse. These people are crushing democracy and cutting the constitution in pieces. If we still do not wake up, history will never forgive us.
“If you want to become a leader, you have to give up your fear”
Targeting the Congress leaders, Dotasara said, Julie Sahab has rightly said that they break the governments and you do not say anything. What are you afraid of? Prison? Bhagat Singh was hanged and you are afraid to tweet? If you do not have a little courage, then you have no right to call yourself a Congressman.
“You do not become a leader by putting a name plate on your car”
Dotasara, while taking a sarcasm at the passive Congress leaders, said that by putting a name plate on the car, attending the meeting for half an hour would not make any leader. If we want to protect the constitution, then we have to get into the field. Any person who will not be present in the meetings for three months will be dismissed.
‘Also review the Chief Minister’s mistake’
Attacking the BJP government of the state, Dotasara said that the Chief Minister has no rights. It is being controlled from above. You have kept a Chief Minister for darshan, also kept for one work. At least Rajasthan will benefit.
Dotasara warned against taking action against Congress workers due to political malice, saying that if any worker was attacked due to political malice, we would drop it on the ground. You can file a case against us, or send it to CID – we are not afraid. If we want to save the constitution, then we have to get into the field.
He said, “This expenditure is being done on the advice of BJP MLAs.”
Govind Singh Dotasara said that there is open discrimination in the road construction budget. He said, “The Chief Minister had said in the House that all the assembly constituencies will be given the same amount of Rs 10-10 crore for road construction, but the reality is completely different from this. This money is being spent only on the advice of defeated BJP candidates and BJP MLAs.”
He alleged that the existing Congress MLAs are being fully sidelined, making it clear that the government is behaving in the budget allocation. It is not only against democratic values but also betrayal with the public. Dotasara said that the Congress will not sit silent if there is no transparency in the road construction budget.
