Cruiser and adventure bike maker Royal Enfield has introduced a new service to increase its customer base in which the company has launched a Digital Roadside Assistance (RSA) service for Royal Enfield bikes.
This new roadside assistance service from Royal Enfield is being offered on select bikes of the company which include Bullet, Classic, Meteor, Electra, 650 Twins and Himalayan bikes. But the company will provide this roadside assistance facility to only those customers who have a valid RSA by the company.

If you have a Royal Enfield bike and sometimes it gets damaged on the way you can request for roadside assistance through the Royal Enfield app. After sending the request, the company will send a technician to your location.
In case of minor defects, the bike will be rectified there and if more major defects are found then that bike will be taken to the nearest service station. This service of Royal Enfield will be available to the customers of Pan India.
Under this roadside assistance of Royal Enfield, the labor charges, commuting expenses will be borne by the company. In this, the customer will have to pay only for the parts installed in the bike, which are not covered under the company’s warranty or annual maintenance contract.
This roadside assistance service is free for new customers from Royal Enfield, but for customers whose bike is more than three years old, this service is Rs 800 and for those whose bike is more than 5 years old, this service charge will be Rs 1000. has been fixed.
This roadside assistance from Royal Enfield will be accessible to all national highways, state highways and all motorable roads in the country with immediate effect in case of electrical to mechanical and physical damages.
Apart from the Road Side Assistance Service of Royal Enfield, the company is also providing other types of service to its customers in which customers can get their bike serviced at home twice in their RSA contract. The service covers tire puncture, battery damage, incorrect fueling, and delivery of up to 5 liters of petrol.
