Russia Attack on Ukraine: Bhopal (State Bureau). 150 students and other citizens of Madhya Pradesh are present in Ukraine. So far 46 students have been brought safely. Efforts are being made for the safe return of all other persons. On Tuesday, on the instructions of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the police officials met the relatives of the people stranded in Ukraine at their homes and informed them about the efforts being made by the government.

Additional Chief Secretary Home Dr. Rajesh Rajoura informed that information is being received from the relatives of other persons including students trapped in Ukraine through other means including CM Helpline. Till now 46 students including others have been brought safely to India.
The Chief Minister has given instructions to contact the families of other persons including students stranded in Ukraine. Contacted by police officers on Tuesday. During this it was told that his relatives are safe in Ukraine. The steps being taken by the government for their safe return were informed.
Government will plant bamboo in 12 thousand hectares in Harda, Dewas and Rewa
Bhopal (State Bureau). The state government will get bamboo plantation done on 12 thousand 324 hectares of land in Harda, Dewas and Rewa districts. These districts have been selected under ‘One District – One Product’. Work has been started after preparing a five-year roadmap for these districts. Along with planting bamboo, three and a half thousand farmers and bamboo craftsmen got skill upgradation training. Also 11 units of bamboo processing will be set up.
Forest Minister Vijay Shah said that now cement poles will not be installed in the forest areas to protect the plantation area. Rather fencing will be done by installing bamboo poles. At the same time, in all three districts, farmers will be given grants for planting bamboo on 6214 hectares of fallow land (which is not used for agriculture). He said that the help of Bamboo Market and Emporium would also be taken to provide better price to the bamboo products.
