Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a virtual address to the US Parliament on Wednesday referred to the Second World War. He said that like what happened in Pearl Harbor and 9/11, Russia is doing the same to Ukraine.
Zelensky reminded the US Congress of the morning when Pearl Harbor was bombed in December 1941, and said that Ukraine is going through that every day, with its cities being attacked daily by Russia.
