In his address during the session, India’s representative called for respect and protection of human rights of the people in Ukraine amid the military operation and urged for an immediate end to the violence.
India said that, we are very concerned about the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Ukraine. We urge an immediate cessation of violence and an end to hostilities. No solution can ever be reached at the cost of human life. Dialogue and diplomacy are the only solutions to resolve differences and disputes.
