Sagar (Navdunia representative). A student residing near the Sant Kabir Mandir at Pakarota in the city fought for three years in the High Court Jabalpur to get one mark in class 12th. There were 44 appearances in the Hoi court in three years. After this the decision came to increase 28 points instead of one. The student is very happy with this. Student Shantanu’s father Hemant Shukla says that in the year 2018, he used to study in Excellence School. At that time he took the examination of 12th commerce from MP Board. On passing, he got 74.8 percent marks. Shantanu says that he believed that his marks would be between 75 to 80 percent, but his marks did not even get 75 percent, due to which he was deprived of the meritorious student scheme. Shantanu told that he got only 50 marks in book keeping, whereas his paper went very well. That’s why he decided to get re-evaluation done, but in this also his score did not increase. After this, he took refuge in the court on the advice of his brother-in-law Mahesh Dubey.
Reality came to the fore after getting the answer book out
Shantanu told that he had full faith that he should get more than 75 percent marks. That is why he applied to the MP Board and got the answer books of book keeping and accounting taken out. In the year 2018 itself, the petition was filed through advocate Rameshwar Singh of Jabalpur High Court. The case was not heard for two years due to the Corona epidemic. After this, when the hearing started, even after issuing 6 notices of the court, no side was presented by the board. There were about 44 appearances in the whole case. 15 thousand rupees were spent including the revaluation of the copy and the fees of the advocate. New marksheet has been received on 21st February.
