Sanjay Raut is once again in controversy and this time he has been accused of using abusive words by a woman leader of BJP. Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) National Mahila Morcha General Secretary Deepti Rawat has also lodged an FIR against Raut in Delhi. This complaint was lodged on 9th December.
The Delhi Police on Sunday registered a case against Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut for using abusive words against BJP workers in an interview to a private news channel.
After this FIR, Sanjay Raut has taken a dig at Delhi Police and has accused it of pressurizing. Sanjay Raut wrote on Twitter, “FIR has been registered against me in Delhi because I used the word ‘Ch*****’ which according to Hindi dictionary means ‘stupid’. Despite this, a case has been registered against me. This is being done with the aim of putting pressure on me. Even more lewd words than me are used against women leaders by BJP leaders, then I don’t know if any FIR has been registered.
What is the whole matter?
Actually, on Thursday, a Shiv Sena MP gave an interview on a private Marathi channel. Deepti Rawat claims that in this interview, Raut had made indecent remarks against BJP workers. Deepti Rawat Bhardwaj, who was watching this channel, got hurt and lodged a complaint against it at Mandawali police station in Delhi. A case has been registered on this matter under sections 500 and 509. Deepti Rawat has said on this matter that ‘Sanjay Raut has used abusive words not only against BJP workers, but also for women workers. He is sitting on a constitutional post and his responsibility is greater than that of the general public. He should apologize publicly for such words.
The BJP leader has also submitted a video to the police regarding this matter.
Let us tell you that even before this, such allegations have been made against Sanjay Raut. Sanjay Raut had made objectionable remarks against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and even then he came into the limelight.
