It is said that as long as you have the hand of the one above your head, no one can harm you. The same thing proved to be true once again for this man from Jharkhand, who came back in no time by dodging his death. If there was a delay of even a second, his death was certain. According to information received from sources, a private company had started the work of measuring the land on the Howrah-Dhanbad-New Delhi railway section of East Central Railway. Under this task of measuring the land, some employees were in Barmasia-Vinod Nagar-Pradhankhata.
Here one employee was standing on the railway track with a tape, while the other employee was measuring the distance of the road from the track. But suddenly a high speed passenger train came there. The driver of the train immediately blew his horn. Immediately after hearing the horn, the employee who was standing on the railway track jumped from his place and saved his life. The incident is said to have happened around 12 noon.
Lives saved. Measuring the road with a tape next to the rail track in Dhanbad could have been costly. At that time the driver of the train blew the horn and got alerted and got off the track. pic.twitter.com/5GZGBnYNOO

There is also talk of negligence in the matter. This is because all the concerned railway officials and employees are informed in advance about the track and area in which the work is being done. This is also taken care of during the movement of trains on that route. If there was an area of the track, why was the sign board not installed on the track? It is being told that along the freight corridor passing through Dhanbad, there will be many changes in and around Vinod Nagar. The alignment of the road from Hirapur to Barmasia Bridge will be changed. A part of this road comes under the JD of Freight Corridor. An alternative road is being explored for this.
