It can be seen in the CCTV footage that at 1.53 pm on Friday, four women go to the hotel where Shane Warne was staying. Out of this, two women go to Shane Warne’s room, the other two women go to his friends. After this all of them leave the resort at 2:58 pm. He was found unconscious at his resort at 5:15 pm, two hours and 17 minutes after his departure. During this, Shane Warne’s friends try to wake up Shane Warne for 20 minutes, but when he does not wake up, he is taken to the local hospital and declared dead.
Last farewell will be given in the presence of 1 lakh people
Legendary spinner Shane Warne’s last rites have not been performed yet. According to media reports, soon the date of his funeral will be announced. According to sources, Shane Warne’s last rites will be performed with state honors at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, where around 1 lakh people are expected to gather. A condolence meeting will also be organized after the funeral. Although Shane Warne’s manager James Erskine did not confirm whether the funeral would take place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, but indicated that no other stadium would be suitable given the legend’s stature.
Thailand police also said, death occurred due to natural causes
Meanwhile, after investigation, Thailand Police also confirmed that the post-mortem report of former Australian cricketer Shane Warne has revealed that he died of natural causes. National Police Deputy Spokesperson Kisana Pathanacharo said the report of the doctor who conducted the post-mortem has been sent to Warne’s family and the Australian Embassy. Warne’s family had no doubt that he died of natural causes. Preliminary investigation revealed that he had suffered a heart attack. Samui Hospital Deputy Director Songyot Chayaninporamet said Warne had no coronavirus infection and there was no sign of any attack or murder.
