New Delhi. Recently, in the Mamta government of West Bengal, the daughter of a minister was exposed to get a government job by forgery. In fact, Ankita Adhikari, daughter of Minister of State for School Education Paresh Chandra Adhikari, has received a major setback from the Kolkata High Court in the West Bengal appointment scam case. On one hand, the High Court has canceled the job of Ankita Adhikari, giving a setback. On the other hand, the minister’s daughter has also been banned from entering the school till further instructions. Along with this, the court ordered that the entire salary received so far during his tenure of assistant school teacher will also have to be deposited with the High Court Registrar General. That is, they will also have to return the salary of 41 months. Apart from this, the single bench of Justice Avijit Gangopadhyay directed Ankita Adhikari, daughter of Minister of State for Education Paresh Chandra Adhikari, to deposit the salary for this case from November 2018 till now with the Registrar General of the High Court in two installments.
Actually, the one who filed the petition for this matter, gave the paper in that examination, for which Ankita Adhikari is being accused of fraudulently getting a government job. The High Court was hearing the petition of the candidate on this issue. In which it was claimed by the petitioner that he had scored more marks than Ankita Adhikari. The petitioner stated that he had secured 77 marks in the examination and Ankita Adhikari had secured only 61 marks. After hearing the petitioner, the High Court also ordered a CBI inquiry and said that the post of Ankita Adhikari should be vacated and the petitioner should be given a job in its place.
Let us inform that earlier, Minister of State for Education Paresh Chandra Adhikari had reached the CBI office to inquire about the illegal appointment of his daughter Ankita Adhikari.
