New Delhi. The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) was overshadowed by the misrepresentation on the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and making statements threatening the Modi government. By making such threats, the board immediately came under the target of social media users. Users have heard the board very well. At the same time, it was also clearly said that the government is not going to drag its feet back with such threats. How and how the users reprimanded the board, we will tell you later. First, let us inform you that how the Personal Law Board lied in the name of the Constitution and threatened the Modi government.
In fact, the discussion intensified on Tuesday evening that the Modi government can pass the Uniform Civil Code bill in the cabinet in June. On this, Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, General Secretary of the Personal Law Board, issued a statement. The tall statement falsely claimed that bringing in a Uniform Civil Code is unconstitutional and that the Constitution allows every citizen to live according to his religion and it is a fundamental right. Maulana Rehmani said in the statement that talking of Uniform Civil Code on behalf of Uttar Pradesh or Uttarakhand or Central Government is untimely rhetoric. Muslims will not accept it at any cost. The Personal Law Board strongly condemns this and urges the government to refrain from taking such steps.
All India Muslim Personal Law Board terms Uniform Civil Code an unconstitutional & anti-minorities step; calls it an attempt by Uttarakhand, UP and Central Govts to divert attention from inflation, economy & rising unemployment. AIMPLB also appeals to the Govt to not undertake it pic.twitter.com/HlIBsCaUbw

How Rahmani misrepresented the name of the Constitution in his statement, this shows that the Constitution of India itself asks the government to fix a Uniform Civil Code. Article 44 of the Constitution says about this. Even the Uniform Civil Code is already in force in Goa, but the Personal Law Board never opposed it. Whereas, Muslims also live in Goa. However, now you also see how the users of social media have reprimanded him on this threatening statement of the General Secretary of the Board…
I am quoting from the same constitution, the people of which ‘All India Muslim Personal Law Board’ are praising:
“Article 44 :Uniform civil code for the citizens: The State shall endeavour to secure for the citizens a uniform civil code throughout the territory of India.” https://t.co/jEe9JiSoJg pic.twitter.com/8vqRjNcHJQ

I would suggest UCC should go for the entire country and state should opt for two child norms !

UCC ka naam aate hi inke rongte khade ho jaate hain…jab achanak aa jaayega to chicha ko “kagaz dhoondne pad jaayenge”

Well done!
You need Shariat to throw stones and Constitution when bulldozers move?
Sharia is needed for marriage, but leave it saying divorce, divorce, divorce, if a constitution is made on it, then it will not be acceptable to you.
Meaning according to you, the mind is also mine, the plate is also mine and the ant is my father’s. E na cholbe.

Which board is this? In India only the Board of the Constitution will run and Article 44 of the same Constitution talks about Uniform Civil Code, the answer is in its words, Uniform Civil Code means that everyone will be able to get equal rights. Please share what is wrong with this.
