The memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary Madhya Pradesh Bhopal was handed over to the collector on the provincial call by the employees’ organizations on Friday, demanding to remove the various problems and discrepancies of the employees.
In the memorandum, a call has been made to fulfill the demands of the employees in relation to the just demands of the employees for a long time. On this occasion, Madhya Pradesh Officer Employees United Front, District Sagar District President Churaman Rakwar and District Coordinator Alok Gupta said that our organization will restore old pension, pay dearness allowance at par with central employees, regularize daily wage contract workers and outsourcing employees. Pay discrepancies in clerical cadre should be removed. Apart from this, the officers posted in the corporation boards and local bodies should pay the house rent and other allowances according to the seventh pay scale.
Give benefits of insurance scheme to pensioners
Chairman Shri Rakwar said that pensioners and officers working in the corporation board should be given the benefit of health insurance scheme and the teacher cadre should be given the benefit of promotion from the first appointment instead of being appointed to the new teacher cadre. Now if our demands are not met by the government, then we will be forced to struggle. Among those who submitted the memorandum, mainly Madhya Pradesh Officer Employees United Front District Sagar Patron Madhav Katare, Madhya Pradesh Higher Secondary Teachers Association Sanjay Srivastava, Pramod Chandel, BK Jain, Pawan Mishra, Ramkumar Tiwari, Than Singh Mandal, Suraj Machandar, Rajendra Sankat, Ajax Hiralal Chaudhary, Satish Chaudhary, Vikas Srivastava, Vinod Rameshwar Choubey, Hari Balmiki, Mohan Sahu, Shivam Pachauri, Kapil Raikwar, Mohan Sahu, Shivam Pachauri, Kapil Raikwar etc. were present.
