The accused used to carry out the theft incident in the night with one of his accomplices. Together, for more than 20 days, both of them were stealing iron items from the under-construction overbridge on AB Road in the city. The accused stole goods between February 10 and March 3, mainly between Vikas Nagar intersection to Kailadevi intersection. The cost of which is about four and a half lakh rupees.
