According to the information, a 19-year-old Sri Lankan student has been arrested in Canada’s capital Ottawa for stabbing six people living with him to death. Four children of a Sri Lankan family are also among the dead. This heinous murder has created a sensation.
Six cases of murder and one case of attempt to murder registered
In this regard, Ottawa Police Chief Eric Stubbs said that the accused made a dangerous attack on his family members with knives. This person has been identified as Fabricio de Zoysa. He has been charged with six counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.
Police officer says that the deceased people are Sri Lankan citizens who had come to Canada recently. The deceased include a 35-year-old mother, a 7-year-old son, a four-year-old daughter, a two-year-old daughter and a two-and-a-half-month-old baby girl. A 40-year-old man, who was an acquaintance of the family, has also died.

The police chief said the children’s father came out of the house after the incident, yelling for people to call 911. The husband has also suffered serious injuries and is admitted to the hospital. The father survived, but his wife and children died.
