Jaipur. A big update related to Rajasthan Police Sub Inspector Recruitment Exam 2021 paper leak case has come out. Rajasthan High Court has put a stay on the release of 11 trainee sub inspectors. In this case, four more trainee sub-inspectors arrested a day earlier have been handed over to SOG on remand for 5 days. The four trainee police officers taken on remand include Hariom, Vikram, Shravan Kumar and Shyam Pratap. Now many more trainee police officers are on the radar of SOG.
SOG officials said that the High Court has put a stay on the release of 11 trainee sub-inspectors. The bail plea of these 11 trainee police officers was accepted by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court on 12 April. The court had accepted the bail plea of these 11 trainee sub-inspectors. But his release could not happen as the bail order did not reach the jail administration till late evening.
High Court issued stay order on bail order
After that there was a two-day holiday. He was to be released on Monday. But before this, the investigating agency SOG reached the High Court regarding his bail issue. After that, on the petition of SOG, today the High Court issued a stay order on the bail of 11 trainee sub inspectors. Because of this he will now remain in jail.
Had passed by placing a dummy candidate in his place
According to SOG officials, meanwhile, four more trainee police officers were arrested in this case from Rajasthan Police Academy (RPA) located in Jaipur on Sunday. He was training there. These four trainee police officers Hariom, Vikram, Shravan Kumar and Shyam Pratap were presented in the court today and their remand for 10 days was sought. But the court has given remand for five days. All four of them had also passed the examination by using dummy candidates in their place. Now he will be interrogated in depth during the examination remand period.
