The Central Board of Secondary Education told the Supreme Court on Friday that some class X pass students cannot be given detailed mark sheets of the entire class. In an affidavit filed before a bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar and Justice CT Ravikumar, the CBSE said that its three-member inquiry committee, in its report in August last year, had clarified that the school had followed the rules and had no say in preparing the Class X results. Haven’t made a mistake.
