New Delhi. A hearing was also held in the Supreme Court on Tuesday in the matter of giving misleading advertisements by Baba Ramdev. In the Supreme Court, the bench of Justice Hima Kohli and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah has exempted Baba Ramdev and his associate Acharya Balkrishna from being present at the next appearance. Also, after publishing a big advertisement of apology, he said that it is good that he (Ramdev) understood. The court asked Baba Ramdev’s lawyer to place the advertisement before the court on the next date. At the same time, lawyer Mukul Rohatgi, appearing on behalf of Baba Ramdev, said such a thing in the court, due to which the attitude of the Supreme Court became skewed towards Dr. RV Asokan, President of the Indian Medical Association (IMA).
Mukul Rohatgi told the Supreme Court that the President of IMA has given an interview. Regarding the interview of IMA President, Mukul Rohatgi said that the comments made by the Supreme Court on allopathy doctors in the last hearing were criticized. The attitude of both the judges of the bench became sharp on this. He asked Mukul Rohatgi to keep this matter on record. The court said that it will look into this matter strictly.

Last time, during the hearing in Baba Ramdev’s case, Justice Hima Kohli had told the IMA counsel that while the petitioner is pointing fingers at the respondent, the other four fingers are also being pointed at you. Because your association members are busy advocating for the medicines of their patients. Justice Hima Kohli had asked IMA counsel PS Patwalia how many times the complaints were brought to its notice and what the IMA was doing regarding its member doctors. On this, IMA’s lawyer had said that cleanliness is going on in the board and the allegations will be looked into. It is alleged that the President of IMA criticized this comment of the court.
