New Delhi: After the death of Mafia Mukhtar Ansari, the doubt over the news of his son Abbasi Ansari coming out of jail is now over. The Supreme Court has given big relief to Mukhtar’s son Abbas Ansari. Actually, the Supreme Court has given permission to Abbas Ansari to participate in the Fatiha ceremony. The Supreme Court has said that Abbas will be brought back to Kasganj jail by April 13. Abbas Ansari is currently lodged in Kasganj jail of UP. After the death of Mukhtar, Fatiha ceremony is to be held tomorrow i.e. on 10th April, for which Abbas will be taken to Ghazipur.

Let us tell you that the Supreme Court has given big relief in the case of Abbas Ansari. The Supreme Court allowed Abbas Ansari to participate in the ‘Fatiha’ ceremony to be held on April 10 in memory of his father Mukhtar Ansari. Mukhtar recently died due to cardiac arrest. The Supreme Court directed that Abbas Ansari should be taken from Kasganj jail to his hometown Ghazipur in police custody with adequate security. Along with this, the Supreme Court directed that Abbas Ansari will be brought back to Kasganj jail by 13 April.
Those who meet will be searched
The Supreme Court also directed the jail authorities to ensure that Abbas Ansari begins his journey before 5 pm today (Tuesday). The Supreme Court also allowed Abbas Ansari to meet his family on 11 and 12 April. Along with this, police officers were also instructed to search the visitors. The Supreme Court said that while ensuring that no weapons are carried and directed Abbas Ansari that he will not address any media.
