The NEET-UG paper leak case is being heard in the Supreme Court amid protests by medical students and rhetoric by politicians. On Monday, lawyer James Nedumpara raised the NEET-UG case in the Supreme Court. James Nedumpara mentioned three petitions related to the NEET-UG 2024 paper leak case in the court premises. These three petitions demanded fraud in the NEET paper leak case, demand for CBI investigation and making ED and CBI parties in the case.
There is no hurry- Supreme Court
The Supreme Court bench has issued notice in the third petition. The court said there is no hurry in this. Let the investigation of the case proceed. The court also said that the case will be heard on July 8.
Rajasthan High Court sought response from NDA and Central Government
On Monday, the Rajasthan High Court heard the NEET exam controversy case. Justice Ashok Kumar Jain sought a response from the NDA and the central government. The High Court said that the matter is pending in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will hear the case on July 8. In such a situation, the court has kept the case for further hearing on July 10. The petitioners had pleaded the court to cancel the exam.
CBI sent its teams to many states

Arrests are being made in NEET-UG paper leak case
Many accused have been arrested from Bihar, UP and Maharashtra in the NEET-UG paper leak case. Maharashtra Police and ATS arrested four people including two teachers in the NEET-UG paper leak case on Sunday. All these accused are being interrogated.
