Tata Motors Launches ‘Anubhav’: Sales of vehicles of the country’s well-known automobile company Tata Motors Ltd are increasing continuously and excited by this, the company has taken a new initiative. Tata Motors on Thursday launched a mobile showroom named “Anubhav” to expand its reach in rural areas of the country. Through this mobile showroom, the company will reach out to tehsils and taluks and provide rural customers with a door-to-door car buying experience.
What is this mobile showroom?
Tata Motors has designed 103 vehicles in showroom style under the “Anubhav” scheme. These mobile showrooms on wheels will go to rural areas and help spread awareness about the Tata Motors brand. These on-the-go showrooms of Tata Motors have been developed on the company’s trusted model Tata Intra V10. All these vehicles are equipped with GPS trackers and will be dispatched to Tehsils and Taluks under the guidance of respective dealerships. Different routes will be prepared for these showrooms every month, so that they can reach more and more areas.
What will be the facilities?
In this, buyers in rural areas will be given a Tata Motors showroom-like experience and they will get a chance to buy a car from the comfort of their home. Through this, customers will be given all the information about the products of Tata Motors. Apart from this, features like new range of cars and SUVs, accessories, various finance schemes, test drive booking and valuation of existing cars for exchange are included. According to Tata Motors, these on-the-go showrooms will be a one stop solution for rural customers seeking information about the company’s cars, finance schemes, exchange offers, etc.
At the same time, they will also provide important consumer data to further improve the reach of the customers. The feedpacks received through these will also be used to improve the company’s product, resolve service issues and win the trust of the customers. Rajan Amba, Vice President, Passenger Vehicles Segment, Tata Motors, said rural India accounts for 40 per cent of the total passenger vehicles sold in India. In such a situation, sending your sales team to the rural areas and informing the villagers about the products of Tata Motors can prove to be very beneficial.
