The celebration of the IPL match being held in Delhi after four years was no less than a fair and festival. The stadium was filled with smiling faces and people dressed in T-shirts of their favorite players. Someone was getting the logo of Delhi Capitals made on the face, while someone was writing ‘Jeetgi Delhi’. The most enthusiasm was seen in the small children who were seen dancing near the metro gate wearing T-shirts of their favorite players. Also, a huge crowd of people gathered near Delhi Gate and ITO Metro.
From 4 pm itself, the process of arrival of cricket lovers started from Gate No. 4 of Delhi Gate and ITO Metro. Apart from Delhi, people from Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, Sonipat, Gurgaon reached Kotla Stadium along with their families. As the sun was setting, the crowd kept increasing. People’s entry started from around 6 o’clock.
