Patna Former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav has shifted from his official Stand Road bungalow to Rabri Devi’s 10 Circular Road residence. According to sources, he shifted on Tuesday night as he wants to be closer to Tej Pratap, Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav, so that he can identify political opponents within the party.
Tej Pratap Yadav is accused of assaulting RJD’s youth wing president Ramraj Yadav during ‘Dawat-e-Iftar’ party on April 22. Ramraj Yadav has threatened to register an FIR against Tej Pratap Yadav.
Tej Pratap Yadav, on the other hand, claimed that the party’s state president Jagdanand Singh, MLC Sunil Kumar Singh and Tejashwi Yadav’s political advisor Sanjay Singh were conspiring against him. The allegation of beating up the youth leader is a part of his conspiracy.
Currently Sanjay Singh is living in Rabri Devi’s house. Jagdanand Singh and Sunil Singh also visit 10 circular road regularly. With Tej Pratap Yadav going there, there is a possibility of confrontation with Sanjay Singh, Jagdanand Singh and Sunil Singh.
Also, if Ramraj Yadav registers an FIR against him, it will be difficult for Patna Police to arrest Tej Pratap Yadav from the residence of former Chief Minister Rabri Devi. Because at present Rabri Devi is the Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Legislative Council and Tejashwi Yadav is the Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. Both hold constitutional posts.
On Wednesday, Ramraj Yadav said, we are waiting for RJD top leadership to take action against Tej Pratap Yadav. If they don’t take action in a day or two, I will go to the police to register an FIR against them. I am the son of a Yadav and I will never compromise on respect.
