NHTSA said the feature, also known as FSD beta, could allow vehicles to travel through all-way stop intersections without coming to the first stop.

Tesla told NHTSA that as of January 31 it was unaware of any accidents or injuries related to the issue. That is, till January 31, there has been no accident due to this feature of Tesla. Due to a software error on the recalled vehicles, the audible alert is not being activated when the vehicle is started in certain circumstances. The automaker said the issue was limited to those circumstances. But when the diver did not put on the seat belt when the audible alert did not come, it is now being seen extensively.
