A shocking incident has come to light in Pune, Maharashtra. Here a government bus driver was suddenly pulled over and he fell from his driver’s seat. The bus became uncontrollable after falling under the driver and was about to fall into the ditch when suddenly a woman showed courage and took over the steering of the bus. By showing unprecedented courage, the woman saved the lives of 24 other passengers on the bus. Even after this, this woman named Yogita drove all the passengers to a safe place after driving for 10 kilometers.
Describing the incident, Yogita told that he knew how to drive a car. But he had never driven a bus. But to save the lives of other passengers, Yogita decided to run the bus. First, he pushed the unconscious driver aside and then drove the bus. First he took the driver to the hospital and then took other women passengers to their destination.
According to sources, the incident took place when a group of 23 women from Wagholi in Pune had gone for a walk in Morachi Chincholi in Shirur taluka on January 7. Meanwhile, the driver fell ill after falling down. The women in the bus and the children present with them got scared and started shouting. After this Yogita took the steering wheel of the bus and took it towards the village.Here the driver was admitted to a private hospital for treatment. The driver’s condition is currently fine and doctors say that he will be discharged soon. The way Yogita took command of the bus at the time of crisis and the way she saved the lives of other women including the driver, she is being praised from all sides.
