new Delhi . The election results of five states are out. In these election results, all political pundits are doing their own analysis in different ways and one thing has come out from these analysis that this time the people of UP, Punjab and Uttarakhand have given a different mandate. Due to this, many veterans including those who do caste politics, nepotism, family politics and become CM candidates have got a crushing defeat in these elections.
First of all, if we talk about the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, then the BJP government has been repeated again by winning 255 seats here. But the veterans had to face a crushing defeat in the UP assembly elections. The biggest examples are Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya himself and Swami Prasad Maurya, who joined the Samajwadi Party. Samajwadi Party is reduced to 111 seats, so now the party needs to come out of casteism, nepotism, bahubaliism and domineering politics. PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and CM Yogi himself addressed public meetings accusing the Samajwadi Party of casteism, hooliganism and patronizing criminals. Whereas Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, including Azam Khan, jumped in the election in support of the leaders surrounded by various allegations and started challenging them openly. The worst condition has been of Congress party and BSP. The crowd that came in the public meetings and road shows of Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi was either brought on hire by Congressmen, who could not convert into votes. At the same time, due to veteran leaders like Jatin Prasad, RPN Singh leaving the party at the time, the Congress had to be satisfied with only two seats. Veteran journalists watching the Congress were convinced about Priyanka Gandhi’s performance this time that Priyanka Gandhi’s arrival will definitely improve the performance of the Congress and with the increase in seats, the party will become like taking a decisive decision. but that did not happen. Priyanka Gandhi’s political advisors have failed miserably to understand the people of UP. At the same time, Priyanka Gandhi remained in a stalemate for her statements, such as silence on women’s harassment cases of Rajasthan, silence on the cases of unemployed people of Rajasthan, but surrounded the Yogi government on both these matters in UP. The people of UP did not like this. Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati, who has run the government in UP by setting the scale of social engineering, also failed to understand the social engineering of BJP this time.
Now let’s talk about Punjab, the people here have told that the politics of familyism, stalemate and estrangement will not work here. So the Badal family had to find a way out of the assembly in its 30-year history. Due to the factionalism of the Congress, Captain Amarinder Singh lost the election despite forming a new party, Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi himself lost the election and the Congress state president Navjot Singh Sidhu also lost the election. In the Punjab elections, AAP fought unitedly and came before the country with a thumping majority.
At the same time, the people of Uttarakhand also told in these elections that they do not like the factionalism and defecting leaders of the Congress. That’s why Harish Rawat and the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami himself in the BJP had to face defeat in the elections.
It is clear from these elections that now the public does not want casteism, muscleism, domineering and veteran candidates, but a candidate who listens to the general public.
