The speed of corona virus in the country’s capital Delhi has now taken a dangerous form. In the last 24 hours on Saturday, 1520 new cases of corona virus have been reported. At the same time, one patient has also died due to the epidemic. With more than 1500 new cases, the number of active cases in the state has reached 5,716. On Saturday, 1,412 patients were also cured.
The corona virus positivity rate in the city is an alarm bell for Delhi. The positivity rate in the capital has now reached 5.10 percent. However, there has been a slight decline in the positivity rate as compared to Friday. According to the information received by the Delhi government, 29775 tests were conducted in the city in the last 24 hours.

At present, 4044 patients are in home isolation in the capital and 152 patients are being treated in the hospital. The condition of most of the patients who have come so far is not critical, due to which there is very little need for hospitalization. This is the reason why beds are lying vacant in the COVID hospitals built by the government.
On Friday, 1,607 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Delhi and two patients died. At the same time, the infection rate was recorded at 5.28 percent. On Thursday, 1,490 cases of corona virus infection were reported in the national capital with an infection rate of 4.62 percent, during which two more patients died.
