3. bridge pose:- This yoga is considered better for people suffering from migraine. If you hold a lot of tension in your neck and shoulder areas, this is a major and largely unknown cause of migraine. Doing bridge pose gives great relief to your body. Also, oxygenated blood reaches your heart and head. It also relieves tension from the hips. Therefore this yoga has been considered very beneficial for migraine.
4. child pose:- This yoga has a way of making us feel safe, because it is the fetal position, it reminds the body and subconscious of the complete safety of the womb. With this yoga, touching the forehead to the ground activates pressure points, which reduces headaches and stress levels. This posture helps in reducing migraine. In this yoga, Pawanmuktasana by keeping your knees close to your chest is a good asana to concentrate on the breath. It can help to a great extent in reducing the effects of migraine.
