Speaking of electric scooters, Bengaluru-based Ather Energy was one of the first electric vehicle startups in the early stages of electric mobility in India. At present, the company’s lineup includes 2 electric scooters 450X and 450 Plus. Recently, the company has increased the price of its electric scooters.

Ather Energy Company did not directly increase the prices of its electric scooters. The company has decided to charge Rs 5,475 for the Ather Dot charger. Earlier this charger was available at a discounted price of just Re 1.
The price will vary depending on the subsidy amount of the states.
The starting price of Ather 450X and 450 Plus will vary depending on the amount of subsidy offered by the individual state government. The starting price of these electric scooters is also different in different states. Ather 450 Plus price in Delhi starts from Rs 1,18,996 (with subsidy). Ather 450X price in Delhi starts from ₹ 1,38,006 (with subsidy). Buying these two electric scooters will now become more expensive than before due to the increase in the price of the Ather Dot Charger.

subsidized states
States like Maharashtra, Ahmedabad are involved in giving subsidy on Ather electric scooters. Subsidy is also given on these electric scooters in Delhi. The subsidy amount is Rs 24,500 in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Nashik. In Ahmedabad this subsidy is Rs 20,000. Whereas in Delhi this subsidy is Rs 14,500.
