Despite boasting of being an educated society, there are many people who start making obscene gestures on seeing women. Although some women show courage and teach such people a lesson in the market, still people do not give up their habits.
A similar strange case has come to light in Mayanagari Mumbai. Here a woman pleaded before the police that some people take off their pants and start calling out to her as soon as they see her. The woman has complained of being regularly harassed by unknown men in Mumbai’s Juhu area. Sharing her ordeal on social media, she said that this is the third time she has faced harassment by half-naked men at the same place. The woman has shared her grief on social media. The woman says that these people take off their pants in the middle of the road and misbehave with her by calling her loudly.
The woman has posted a video sharing her ordeal on social media ‘X’. In the video, a man is seen running on the pavement in shorts and vest in the Janaki Kutir area of Juhu. In the video, the woman can be heard shouting at the jogging man. However, the man is not seen shouting loudly and harassing the woman in the video.
