Dr. Vidya Gupta, Home Science Scientist of Agricultural Science Center, Niamatpur, said that iron, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin D, manganese and fiber are found in abundance in soya. Not only this, antioxidant properties are also found in soya. Because of which it is very beneficial.

Dr. Vidya Gupta told that soya can be cooked by making it into greens, by mixing it with potato and soya vegetable, soya dal or other greens. Soya can also be consumed as a salad, garnished on dry vegetables or soup. Dr. Vidya Gupta told that calcium is found in abundance in soya. Due to which it strengthens the bones. Apart from this, the iron present in it removes anemia in women. Such properties are also found in soya. Due to which it reduces the pain during menstruation.

Dr. Vidya Gupta told that soya is so beneficial that it provides relief from the problem of insomnia. Not only this, if people going through mental stress consume soya regularly, they will remove mental stress and feel refreshed.

Dr. Vidya Gupta told that the antioxidant properties present in soya. Due to which it increases immunity. It is also helpful in removing general debility, weakness and physical fatigue. Due to the fiber present in soya, it strengthens the digestive system.
