Shikha Shreya/Ranchi, Almost every person starts his morning with hot tea. Until a cup of tea is in hand, even imagining the beginning of the day is like a dream. But drinking creamy milk tea tastes delicious, but it has equally bad effects on health. This causes weight gain and weak memory. In such a situation, Ayurvedic doctor VK Pandey (BAMS from Vinoba Bhave University) of Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, told about its second option.
Ayurvedic doctor VK Pandey told Local 18 that tea is such a thing that it is not only difficult but impossible to give up. In such a situation, instead of tea with milk, people should include tea with lemon in their diet. So you will definitely be able to enjoy tea. Besides this, it is also very beneficial for health.
Lemon tea is beneficial
Dr. VK Pandey says that lemon tea is very beneficial in tea. For this you have to put a little tea leaves in water and add a little sugar to it, add round chilli powder, cumin powder, a little cinnamon and big cardamom. Boil it, take it out and then add some lemon juice. This tea is delicious to drink and is also beneficial for health. Its specialty is that due to it being lemon, it will not allow you to gain weight. Whereas round chilli and cumin powder are very beneficial for your lungs. It provides instant relief from problems like cough, cold and phlegm. This tea is very effective in removing the accumulated dirt from the lungs. Round chilli powder works to clean the lungs.
include in diet
Dr. VK Pandey tells that along with this, cinnamon also helps in controlling your weight. Antioxidants are found in abundance in cinnamon, due to which it also works to bring glow to your face by reducing free radicals and fine lines on your face. Therefore, this tea is considered very beneficial.
