In such a situation, the New Zealand Cricket Board has made Michael Bracewell the captain of the team for this series. On the other hand, Tim Robinson and Will O’Rourke have got a place in the T20 team for the first time.
Returned to T20I cricket after 1 year
Michael Bracewell, who has been continuously troubled by injury since March last year, is ready to return to T20I cricket after one year. Michael Bracewell played his last match for New Zealand in March 2023 against Sri Lanka. This was a test match. At the same time, he played his last T20 match against India in February 2023.
