Dhamdha. With the joint effort of Durg District Education Office and Language and Learning Foundation, foundation program is being conducted in 585 primary schools of Durg district. In which the students of class I and II have to be strengthened in language teaching. During this, a two-day training program was organized in Dhamdha for the cluster coordinators of 45 packages of Dhamdha block.
In the training, systematic work was done on the placement of the home language in the classroom, oral language development, word recognition, reading and writing, group work and continuous assessment and cooperation of the students who have been affected due to Corona.
During this, a strategy was made on active role in class, classroom observation, support of teachers, guidance and cooperation of teachers. 45 cluster coordinators of Dhamdha block participated in the training. Distribution of question papers started for Higher and Higher Secondary Board Examination
Durg. After two years in the Corona period, this year the class 10th and 12th board exams will be offline. On Thursday, the question papers were distributed by the Education Department for the conduct of board examinations. On the first day, question papers were distributed for 67 examination centers in rural areas of the district. Corona guide line and security arrangements were taken care of during question paper distribution.
District Education Officer Abhay Jaiswal said that the question paper distribution for class X and XII board examinations was done on Thursday from Government JRD School. It is noteworthy that after two years in the Corona period, the 10th and 12th board exams are being conducted offline.
For the board examinations, 357 examination centers have been set up in the district. In which 215 examination centers are in Durg block, 81 in Patan block and 61 in Dhamdha block. According to the information received from the office of the District Education Officer, this year 18 thousand 252 candidates will appear in the 10th board examination in the district and 15 thousand 947 candidates will appear in the 12th board examination.
