New Delhi. The first semi-final match of the Under-19 World Cup 2024 took place between India and South Africa. In this match, the young lions of India have booked their ticket to the final by defeating South Africa by 3 wickets. Under-19 youth team batsman Sachin Das rescued Team India from trouble. The young batsman played an excellent inning of 96 runs, but unfortunately he missed the century. This innings also included 11 fours and 1 six. Earlier, Sachin Das had scored his first century in the tournament against Nepal. At the other end, captain Uday Saharan was once again seen standing at the crease for the team. Uday played an unbeaten inning of 81 runs in 124 balls. A match-winning partnership of 175 runs was seen between the two batsmen. African bowlers defeated both the batsmen and India entered the final of the Under-19 World Cup for the fifth consecutive time.
