Under this advisory, students from all countries have been asked to reach the railway station to travel to western Ukraine.
Indian Embassy informed its citizens by tweeting
The Indian Embassy tweeted that the weekend curfew has been lifted in the capital Kyiv. All the students are advised to visit the railway station to travel to the western parts. Ukraine Railways is running special trains for evacuation. Earlier on Sunday, Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla said that the Indian government has launched a multi-pronged evacuation plan called ‘Operation Ganga’ to rescue Indian nationals stranded in Ukraine.
Four ministers will visit neighboring countries of Ukraine for the safe return of Indian citizens
It has been decided in PM Modi’s meeting that Union Ministers Hardeep Singh Puri, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Kiren Rijiju and General VK Singh will travel to neighboring countries of Ukraine to coordinate the evacuation mission and help the students.
So far 352 including 14 children have died
Ukraine is suffering badly due to all-round attacks from Russia. According to a statement issued by Ukraine on Monday, 352 civilians have been killed in Russian attacks in the past four days. It also includes 14 children.
