New Delhi. The Uttar Pradesh government has taken a big decision regarding the modernization plan of the madrasa. The UP government has constituted committees to investigate 7442 madrasas of the state included in this scheme. In this regard, the Registrar of Madrasa Education Council has written a letter to all the district magistrates, asking them to send their report after completing the investigation by May 15. Under this, all modern madrasas of the state will be investigated. According to SN Pandey, Registrar of Madrasa Education Council, it will also be seen in this investigation that how are the physical infrastructure facilities of these madrassas? Its land, building, rent-nama etc. will also be scrutinized by the committee. Under this investigation, it will be tested that what is the actual condition of the rooms etc. in madrasas? Apart from this, the records of recognition of all madrasas will also be examined.
The Deputy Collector will be made the chairman of the inquiry committee of madrasas in the urban area. At the same time, engineers nominated from Municipal Education Officer, Executive Officer, Municipality, Nagar Panchayat or Municipal Commissioner will be involved as members in this committee. The committee to investigate the madrassas in rural areas will be headed by the sub-district magistrate. And one more member besides the Block Education Officer as a member of the committee, who will be a junior engineer nominated by the BDO. The photographs taken at the time of inspection will also have to be sent along with the investigation report of the madrasas.
