New Delhi. After waving victory in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has performed tremendously in the Legislative Council. The results of the Legislative Council elections are being declared today. BJP has won a thumping victory in the elections, while the Samajwadi Party is not visible far and wide in the elections. Let us inform that the voting for the UP Legislative Council elections was held on 9 April. Let us inform that elections were to be held on 36 seats, but BJP candidates have been elected unopposed in 9 seats. After which voting has been held for 27 seats.

MLC election vote counting results are out in Ballia, UP. Here Ravi Shankar Singh of BJP has won. BJP’s Ravi Shankar Singh Pappu got 2259 votes while SP candidate Arvind Giri got 278 votes. Independent candidate Annapurna Singh won from Varanasi, Annapurna Singh got 4230 votes.
