Lucknow. Now One Stop Center and Mahila Shakti Kendra will work with coordination to provide better facilities to the women and daughters of the state and to solve their problems faster. In such a situation, all the promises taken by the Yogi government for the safety, self-reliance and honor of the women and daughters of the state will be fulfilled before the deadline. One stop centers will be developed as hubs for various activities related to women. They will get all the services under one roof for security and empowerment. Information will be given about all the schemes related to financial assistance, employment / self-employment, skill training to women and daughters. To get the benefits of the schemes, we will work in coordination with the concerned department and officer.
A 100-day action plan has been prepared by the Women’s Welfare Department. Under which, by organizing grand self-help camps at the block level every 15 days, the forms of government-run schemes like Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana, UP Chief Minister Child Service Scheme, destitute women pension scheme after the death of husband etc. will be filled and approved. Along with this, a home will be established for mentally retarded women. Under which 02 houses of 100-100 beds capacity will be operated in Lucknow through voluntary organizations. The total cost of which is 4.57 crores. Let us inform that 203 mentally retarded women have been given shelter in departmental institutions run for general women.
Women will be given skill development training
The action plan for the coming 06 months has been prepared by the department. Skill development training will be given to the children and women residing in women protection and child care institutions. Training will be given to women residing in institutions and children above 16 years of age to connect them with skill development training according to their aptitudes, after mapping and mapping their aptitudes. Along with this, personnel will be selected on the vacant posts from the posts to be filled through contract and service provider. In which a total of 136 vacancies will be filled under Mission Vatsalya and a total of 252 vacancies in 26 districts under One Stop Center.
