Lucknow. Reiterating the statement of SP Chief and UP CM Mulayam Singh Yadav, CM Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday attacked the current SP President Akhilesh Yadav. Mulayam Singh had given a statement that there are boys, boys make mistakes. On the basis of this statement, Yogi said on the issue of law and order in the assembly that this is the government of BJP. In this government, criminals are boys, mistakes are made and they are not let off. Let us inform that Mulayam Singh had given this statement on the issue of raping youth. BJP has always been making this an issue.
So why did Yogi base his statement on Mulayam Singh? Actually, Akhilesh Yadav had raised the issue of law and order in the assembly. He had mentioned the criminal incidents in Prayagraj, Lalitpur and Siddharthnagar in the past. Akhilesh had alleged that UP is number one in cases of crime against women and the Yogi government is insensitive on such issues. Akhilesh had also said that there is anarchy in the police stations in UP. The police implicated someone else after killing the woman. The police and administration are standing with the criminals and instead of raiding, there is oppression.
CM Yogi, who stood up to reply after Akhilesh’s allegation, said that some people spoiled the atmosphere during and after the election. All of them were brought under control. Riots took place in 7 states on Ram Navami, but nothing happened in UP. Mikes were removed from the shrines. Mafia’s assets worth more than 2000 crores were confiscated. Earlier everything was seen from the point of view of vote bank, but now it is not so. Yogi said that crime cannot be forgiven. He retaliated and said that SP has always stood with the criminals who create anarchy. People handed over power to us again because we gave good governance and security.
